1.  Select the State where the work will be performed. A pop-up will display the contracting Operating Entities available in that state.

2.  Click “View Entities and Credentials” to open the State’s landing page.

3.  Select the Operating Entity to view its details, including: 

• Contracting name

• Secretary of State (SOS) registration

• State licenses and permitted work

• Individual Professional Licenses

• Other specialty licenses

​4.  Contact OGC if additional SOS registration or State licensing is required.
